These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, forms, and related digital services operated in connection with R2 Logistics, Inc. (“R2 Logistics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a third-party logistics (3PL) and freight brokerage company. By accessing or using the site or submitting information through our forms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information.
About Our Services
R2 Logistics provides transportation and logistics solutions, including truckload, LTL, expedited, intermodal, flatbed and specialized, ocean, air, reverse logistics, and related freight-management services. Website content is for general information and to facilitate communication with shippers, carriers, and other business partners. Online materials do not, by themselves, create a brokerage engagement, carriage contract, or guaranteed capacity, transit time, or rate.
Relationship to Other Agreements
These Terms apply to website and digital-form use and to SMS communications described below. They do not alter, amend, or supersede any Master Motor Carrier Agreement, Rate Confirmation, shipper agreement, bill of lading, or other written contract with R2 Logistics. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement covering transportation services, the written agreement controls for that engagement.
Use of Website & Forms
You agree to use the website and forms only for lawful business purposes and to provide accurate, current information when requesting quotes, contacting support, or submitting carrier or customer details. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or submit harmful or fraudulent content.
Quotes, Rates & Capacity
Any quote, estimate, or availability information displayed or communicated through the website or forms is informational until confirmed in a Rate Confirmation or other written confirmation issued by R2 Logistics. Rates, capacity, and transit times can change based on market conditions, equipment, commodity, lanes, and carrier networks.
SMS Communications
By opting in (including via an SMS consent checkbox, rate confirmation, verbal consent, or texting an R2 Logistics–enabled number), you agree to receive text messages from R2 Logistics regarding load assignments, status updates, appointment reminders, quotes, dispatch coordination, and related customer-service communications.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services. Phone numbers and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS terms apply only to text messaging and do not change your Master Motor Carrier Agreement, Rate Confirmation, or other written contracts with R2 Logistics.
Intellectual Property
Site content, branding, logos, text, graphics, and materials are owned by R2 Logistics or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.
Disclaimer
The website and forms are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, R2 Logistics disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding the website. Information on this site does not guarantee specific transit times, rates, insurance outcomes, or carrier performance until confirmed in writing by R2 Logistics under an applicable service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, R2 Logistics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or forms. Liability related to actual freight movements is governed by the applicable written transportation agreements, tariffs, and law—not solely by these website Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal transportation law applies to brokerage or carriage.
